Hmm...cherry blossom should be linked to spring, hence the Rock Lee's-themed title. I did the thing in less than 10 minutes too with black and red colors only. Usually, chinese art only have black, white, red, and yellow so I just pick red instead of yellow for the flowers. Again, the paper quality is not too good but at least it manages to bring out my painting so I'm cool with it. Enjoy! Comments and critiques are welcomed as usual. Before I forget, I'm dedicating this painting to a very good friend of mine that I know for just about 1 month time. Yay for friendship/

Although you're trying to go for traditional I think you could break it a little go for some pink with the flowers.
